To expedite the convenience of credit card payments, and to maintain a "secure site" payment method, we will be using the JCF Hospital On-Line Payment site. This is the same secure site that completes many financial transactions every day.

How to pay by credit card:
1. Click on the link below to take you to the JCF On Line Payment Site
2. List "Name of Patient" same as "Name of Payor" (we know you aren't a patient, it's just the system.)
3. Skip "Account Number" field.
4. Fill out the remaining fields completely - please include e-mail address
5. On the last field labeled " Comments" (this is important!) -List what you are paying for ( Tickets, Vendor, Competition, etc)
6. Press the "Finalize Your Payment" button, and you are done!
7. Print the Confirmation for your records.
